SARA Ministries

SARA Ministries-Nepal is a non-profit Nepalese organization that was founded in 1997 by Dr. Tej Rokka. It’s purpose is to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus and showing love and concern to his fellow humans in Nepal & South Asia, as well as being a vehicle for meeting the social needs of the poor and disadvantaged in this region.

Church Planting & Multiplication

In 1997 Dr. Tej began a church with just 4 people and it has since grown to over 400 in main church. as well as there are more than 40 churches and fellowships are being planted around Nepal. With your support Tej and his disciples will continued to strengthen the local churches & multiply new disciples and churches in Nepal and South Asia. You can help to reach these people.

SARA Children's Home (orphanages)

SARA Ministries is active in providing humanitarian assistance by providing needy children with care, love and affection, as well as educational opportunities, comparable to those available to children generally; so than they will mature to become good citizens and contributing members of the Kingdom and of society.

Keeping this in mind in 2002, God gave a vision to Dr. Tej to give hope and future to the orphans of Nepal. He has developed homes where 15 orphans live in each home reside and parenting by a loving Christian couple. In these homes each child is cared for and their spiritual, emotional, and academic needs are being met right now we have 50+ Kids in Four homes. With your supports this model may be replicated time and time again.

Pastors and Leaders Conferences

In Nepal and south Asia the majority of Pastors and leaders have had no formal Bible training. Since 2003 SARA Ministries has conducted nearly 150 various conferences, seminars and workshops, impacting the lives of nearly I 0,000 Pastors/Leaders. Each year, at least 3 times SARA Ministries will continue to provide such training which we call it Church Multiplication Movement. Are you willing to let your light shine for Christ?
